New Patients

What to expect

The dentist will perform a complete oral examination and discuss and treatment you may need. The examination can identify conditions such as cosmetics concerns, tooth decay, gum disease, and even oral cancer. With your input we will create a custom treatment plan to meet your needs and budget.

Teeth cleaning may be performed during your first visit, or might be scheduled for a follow-up visit depending on the condition of your teeth and gums. The length of your first visit will be between 1–1½ hours.

What to bring

To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you. If you’ve had dental x-rays in the last six months, please bring them to your first appointment. If you don’t have them, new x-rays and photos will be taken.

With just a few simple forms, we’ll ask for relevant medical history, any medications you might be taking, your dental history, and any dental insurance coverage you may have.

Financial options

We understand that it can be difficult to find quality dental care at a cost that fits your budget. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients – regardless of age, income and dental needs – can receive the care they need and desire. We accept Cash, Debit and major credit cards; VISA and MasterCard.

No Insurance? No Problem! We firmly believe that dental care needs to be accessible to everyone. It is often the case that patients will put off dental care because of a lack of dental coverage. We offer solutions to our patients like flexible payment plans and helping our patients claim back dental expenses on their income taxes. If you require dental care we WILL find a way to make it affordable.

Dental insurance

Many of our patients have some type of dental insurance, and we are an insurance-friendly office. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.

There is no need to stress about your dental benefits because our team will process all of your insurance paperwork for you so that you don’t have to worry about filing insurance claims.

Call us today, and we will provide you with a good faith estimate of your dental coverage and out-of-pocket payment.
